Thankfully, after mentioning it to the receptionist, we were moved to a better room, but it still didn't meet our online expectations. The noise levels outside were quite bothersome, especially since the surrounding nightlife goes on until the early hours. the lack of proper information about the spa facilities was disappointing. I booked a massage, but there was confusion about the setup. It would have been much better if there was more clarity on spa offerings in advance. The housekeeping policy left something to be desired, as my friend and I wanted our room cleaned a bit later but were informed it was too late. Still, the cleaning quality was good when they did come. while there were ups and downs, the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of food really stood out.
